Theta Nu Chapter, University of Colorado at Boulder

The Department of Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Colorado at Boulder offers outstanding undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to apply for membership in the Theta Nu Chapter of Sigma Delta Pi. Sigma Delta Pi is a National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society devoted exclusively to university students of Spanish that is affiliated with the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP). Membership benefits include eligibility for career services, research and travel grants, as well as closer associations with student majors and faculty in the department. Students who have completed 18 upper-division credit hours in Spanish and who have maintained a 3.0 GPA both overall and in these upper-division Spanish courses, can contact Professor Esther Brown for application materials.
